Michael was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2009.  Since qualifying, Michael has worked in general practice in Wexford Town, Gorey and now at M. O'Neill and Co Solicitors.

 

Michael has gained significant experience in a wide variety of litigation areas. In addition, Michael acted as Associate Solicitor with the State Solicitor for Wexford, where he was responsible for prosecuting on behalf of The Director of Public Prosecutions, The Department of the Suit of the Revenue Commissioners, The Department of Social Protection, The Road Safety Authority, An Post and NERA.

 

After obtaining a Law Degree in Dublin, Michael moved to London to complete his training. He has completed Post-Graduate Diplomas in Employment Law and Family Law at the Law Society of Ireland. In addition, Michael obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Wales, Swansea. He completed Post-Graduate Certificates at the Law Society of Ireland in  Property Law & Conveyancing and the Personal Insolvency Practitioner Course. Michael is qualified to practise in Ireland, England and Wales.  He is a member of the Wicklow Solicitors Bar Association.

Kyle holds a Degree in Criminal Justice Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology and he is a member of The Irish Institute of Legal Executives. 

Kyle is furthering his studies with a view to qualifying as a Solicitor. Kyle works in the areas of Conveyancing, Family Law and Personal Injury.
